To provide an unmatched holiday experience for people with a disability, their families, friends and carers.

As a hotel we have 10 ground floor twin rooms and 1 triple (all with ceiling hoists), all with walk-in wet rooms. We also have 5 ground floor single rooms (3 with ceiling hoists), all with walk-in wet rooms. The majority of these rooms also have profiling beds. We have 6 first floor twin rooms, which are accessible via a set of stairs or with an electric chair stair lift.  These rooms have a more standard shower with a step-in shower tray. We also have 2 first floor single rooms. None of these first floor rooms have hoists and are intended for the more physically able or carers who are unable to share with the service user. We also have 2 twin self-catering units (each unit sleeps two) which have a separate entrance from our garden area and each has a large accessible wet room. Neither of these units has ceiling hoists.

The hotel tariff includes collection from the airport or harbour; travel to local attractions on our specially adapted minibuses; use of the heated indoor pool; evening entertainment; a full English breakfast; a packed lunch to take out with you; and a 3 course evening meal. All rooms have tea/coffee making facilities, WIFI and television. Optional extras include drinks from the bar and mobility scooter hire.
